About Coach C

A life built on service, discipline, and the standard.

Keith Copeland, known to many as “Coach C,” brings more than motivation to the stage—he brings real-world experience, transformational leadership, and authentic connection. With more than twenty-five years of experience in education, athletics, school culture, discipline, and student development, Coach C understands the real challenges educators, coaches, and leaders face every day.

His message is not built on theory alone; it is grounded in lived experiences gained from serving in schools, athletic programs, leadership teams, classrooms, and communities. As a former championship athlete at both the high school and collegiate levels, U.S. Army Non-Commissioned Officer, championship coach, athletic director, educational leader, civic leader, and mentor, Coach C has dedicated his life to helping students, educators, coaches, and administrators build stronger cultures and create environments where people can thrive.

Coach C knows firsthand how to cultivate new cultures and elevate existing ones by building, empowering, strengthening, and transforming people. Through his leadership, he helps create communities where character is valued, relationships matter, and leadership flourishes.

Believing that every individual has the power to make a positive impact, Coach C's mission is to inspire others to leave positive footprints that future students, educators, coaches, and leaders can confidently follow. Through engaging stories, practical strategies, and actionable insights, he challenges audiences to lead with purpose, serve with intention, and create lasting change in their schools and organizations.

Questions

Before you book

How far in advance should we book Coach C?+

Most organizations book three to six months out, especially for fall assemblies and spring conferences. That said, dates do open — send your date and we will tell you honestly whether it is available.

Can a keynote be customized for our audience?+

Yes. Every engagement includes a discovery call before the event so the message, examples, and language match your people, your season, and your goals.

What audience sizes do you work with?+

From a 20-person leadership cabinet to a 5,000-seat arena assembly. The format changes; the standard does not.

Do you travel?+

Yes — nationwide, and internationally by arrangement. Travel is quoted separately and transparently.

What does an investment typically look like?+

Fees vary by format, travel, and length of engagement. Share your budget range in the inquiry form and you will receive a straightforward proposal, not a sales sequence.

Can you deliver virtually?+

Yes. Virtual keynotes and multi-session cohorts are available and are built for engagement, not a lecture over video.

Do you offer follow-up after the event?+

Follow-up sessions, leader cohorts, and coaching engagements are available so the message becomes behavior rather than a memory.
